Die Convention wird wie folgt stattfinden:

Die Veranstaltung beinhaltet zum einen Kurse aus dem offiziellen Programm von GYROTONIC® und GYROKINESIS®, die von Mastertrainern oder Juliu Horvath gehalten werden, zum anderem werden Seminare und Workshops angeboten. Diese zeigen wie die Methodik des Gyrotonic in Sport und Rehabilitation angewandt werden kann.

Eine dauerhafte Ausstellung im der Palasport wird u.a.Zeichnungen Juliu Horvaths enthalten, die Geschichte und Entstehung diverser Gyrotonic geräte aufzeigen. Ebenso werden die aktuellsten Gyrotonic Modelle zu bewundern sein. Ein Führer wird die Grundlagen des Gyrotonic erläutern und natürlich wird den Besuchern die Möglichkeit gegeben, sämtliche Geräte auszuprobierten.

Es werden Informationen bezüglich aller Studios für Gyrotonic eingeholt werden können, sowie Tips zur Eröffnung eines eigenen Studios gegeben. Weiterhin wird die Möglichkeit geboten, Videomaterial zu kaufen und verschiedener geräte zu bestellenbzw. Informationen bezüglich dieser einzuholen.
